Liaoning Citizen Outbound Service Corporation was founded in 1993, which is independent corporate enterprise－overseas study recruitment agency approved the Bureau of Business Administration of Liaoning Province . The Qualification Admitted Certificated of Agency Service Organization for Study Abroad at Students’ Own Expense[EFCAAC (2000) NO.212] is issued by State Ministry of Education of China in 2000.
The corporation mainly manages to transact overseas study. Since establishment of our corporation, we have founded long-term and steady cooperative relationship with universities or colleges of some countries, such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, U.K., Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Greece, Austria, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc. We have acquired a power of attorney of agency for studying at students’ own expense.
